He completed Post-Graduate Studies in Accounting and Controlling in 2000 (Higher School of Foreign Languages and Economics in Częstochowa). He completed The Strategic Leadership Academy w ICAN Institute. In 1997 – 2003 he worked in Częstochowa Bank taking positions from a specialist for monitoring to Director of Credit Department. In 2003 - 2006 he worked as Deputy Director of Risk Management Department first, and next as Director of Corporate Client Department in Bank Pocztowy.

In 2006 - 2009 he worked in BRE Bank S.A. as Director of Corporate Branch in Łódź.

Urban Kielichowski was a Member of Supervisory Board in the following companies: Specius Sp. z o.o. (1999 – 2001), Częstochowska Grupa Kapitałowa, Transleasing Sp. z o.o. He is a member of Social Council of the Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Łódź, and a financial expert of the Łódź Special Economic Zone tender committee.

Since 24 July 2009 Urban Kielichowski has been a Member of the Company. Management Board and Director for Operations. He is also Commercial Power of Attorney Holder in MEDFinance S.A.
