In the years 2005-2011 he gained international experience working as Assistant Manager, Group Finance at Allied Irish Banks plc, where he was responsible for preparation and implementation of financial and capital restructuring strategy, and introducing an integrated reporting system. Between 2013 and 2015 he worked in Credit Suisse Investment Bank as Vice President responsible for finance processes and credit risk measurement and reporting.

In addition, he engaged in receivables management field working as Financial Director of Electus S.A. from 2011 to 2013, where he led accounting, controlling, investment risk and tax sections. Also most recently since 2015, he was the head of the Finance and Controlling Department of Ultimo S.A. and he was responsible for finance, controlling of operational divisions and valuation of assets of international group - B2 Holding Group, including investment funds of the group.

Wojciech Wolski has a higher education. He graduated from the University of Wrocław (English Philology) and the Wrocław University of Economics (Finance and Banking). He completed examinations in Applied Accounting (BSc) Oxford Brookes University, UK, as well as the ACCA certification programme, Financial Management Professional Scheme. Since 2011, he has been a permanent member of ACCA's international association of chartered accountants, United Kingdom.
