Project Manager
The ideal candidate will have following skills and attributes:
- Higher education (preferred graduates of Economy and Management Engineering),
- Min. 3 year’s professional experience in a similar position in an international organization (experience in a bank or a financial institution will be considered an asset),
- Familiarity with the financial field as relates to Public Administration or pharmaceutical market will be an asset;
- Organizational and market analysis skills, as well as process mapping, creating business plans and corporation procedures,
- Advanced knowledge of English – obligatory,
- Knowledge of Italian will be an asset,
- Communication and analytical thinking skills,
- Thoroughness and good work organization.
Responsibilities:
- Managing development projects of the Company, participating in developing and following project schedules,
- Participation in creating projects (including project analysis, defining critical points, preparing conclusions, cost estimation),
- Analysis of the Group positioning competition and supporting Managers in evaluation of entering new markets (new products, new locations),
- Updating of internal regulations, as well as management, evaluation and delivery of company processes,
- Participation in coordination of strategic projects,
- Support for Managers as relates to monitoring the project portfolio and preparing reports for the Management Board.
